    “How do you make learning easier to find, finish, and support at scale?”

    My work spans global onboarding, manager development, and learning systems leadership. I also led Uber’s first enterprise-wide AI upskilling academy, facilitating global enablement sessions and iterative curriculum updates—helping people adopt AI tools while building the systems that support learning.

    The question

    “How do you help managers support employee development while making learning easier to access and administer?”

    I ran empathy interviews with Degreed power users and led content cleanup and vendor rationalization. I built and managed a distributed global LMS administration team, established a self-service knowledge system, and led administrator workshops. I also recruited managers and ran a six-week Skill Coach pilot with a practical manager playbook.

    Highlights: 29% increase in pilot participants’ reported confidence after six weeks (3.5 to 4.5 out of five)

    “How do you help new hires understand cultural values and apply them in their day-to-day work?”

    I redesigned global new-hire onboarding to be shorter, more interactive, and consistent across regions. Through empathy interviews and analysis of how leaders discussed Uber’s values, I designed a sequence of peer conversations and small-group workshops connecting values, business priorities, and everyday decisions.

    The question

    “How do you help a department move to hybrid learning?”

    Built reusable LMS course shells, ran instructor training and office hours, created a Business English curriculum, and supported the transition to remote learning in spring 2020.

    Highlights: 10% increase in hybrid course adoption through faculty training

    “How do you engage overloaded learners in a course they need?”

    Designed a hybrid English for Art Purposes curriculum in Moodle using video, audio, reading, and quizzes. My courses became a template adopted by other departments, and I trained instructors.
